I, Heather Dileepan (HD Copywriting LLC), agree to provide same-day copywriting services & consultations as outlined on my website. There are no set deliverables on this service as it is a time-based package.
The fee for services is to be paid in full prior to your kick-off call using the invoice attached. Given the nature of this agreement, if you decide that you no longer wish to continue with these services, you may cancel this agreement, but no refund will be issued, and you will still be financially responsible for the entire fee. No-shows will not be refunded
Any copy I write and present to you during our session is yours. As soon as I hand it over to you, the copyright transfers to you immediately.
In order for you to get the most out of our time together, you agree to actively participate in the process by completing all pre-session requirements (access to tools as needed, pre-session questionnaire, and kick off call for Day Rates) and by communicating openly and honestly during the session and in any email correspondence post-session. Client will not withhold any information that could hinder the coaching process. Client also agrees to submit any pre-intensive materials no less than one day prior to the session.
